Marketing Activation Executive
atSuntory PepsiCo Beverage (Thailand)Job Summary
Work closely with brand team to assist in developing and activating brand activation / program e.g., consumer event, sampling, sponsorship, lucky draw promotion under supervision of Marketing Activation Manager. Ensure smooth execution of brand activation both under lead or co-lead role by supporting marketing and trade marketing team to guide design of promotion materials, sampling execution and brand merchandise until developing implementation plan and execute brand activation program for all beverage brands with key partners e.g., Major Cineplex, Vana Nava, Grab or Event promoters. Also work with purchasing team to sourcing appropriate vendor for both brand activity and premium or merchandise. In charge of screening sponsorship proposal and coordinate with partners or other 3rd party. Analyze program performance, effectiveness and develop post-implementation evaluation on key marketing activation program.
Accountabilities
Consumer Activation Part
• To initiate and execute activation program within budget and timely manner
• To source, brief and coordinate with vendor for marketing activities
• To screen, evaluate and manage the sponsorship proposal with brand team
• To ensure quality & image of each campaign / program to be in-line with brand guideline
• To align implementation plan with brand team and work across function to deliver the outcome
• To execute all process regarding national promotion including documents support (Police permission for lucky draw, MOU, and contract for all celebrities and activities), ensure smooth, on-time, and in line with control standard
• To monitor ongoing campaign, spend and outcome against campaign KPI and budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur
Customer Activation Part
• To assisting in developing implementation of AOP plan with key customers
• To execute customer activation programs on-time and budget as planned
• To monitor ongoing campaign, spend and outcome against campaign KPI and budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur
• To screening and evaluate the implement of brand activation programs with customer
• To lead meeting agenda with sale team and customer
• To ensure pricing and quality of premium developed that need to be in-line with brand guideline
Qualification and Experience
• Bachelor’s in marketing, business, advertising, or related fields
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Strong project management / organizational skill
• Good interpersonal skill, communication skill and a team player
• Creative, efficient and can be independent
