What You'll Do Category Strategy & Growth Translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans for the assigned category Drive category leadership and market share growth through targeted strategies and precision execution Support portfolio expansion within assigned categories and adjacent segments Marketing Strategy & Brand Leadership Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with brand purpose and business goals Lead integrated marketing communications (IMC) planning, ensuring relevance across consumer touchpoints Strengthen brand equity through differentiated positioning and purpose-driven storytelling Innovation & Portfolio Development Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful market adoption of new products Identify growth opportunities using consumer insights and market analytics Ensure regulatory compliance in all category-related marketing and product initiatives Insights & Analytics Partner with the Insights team to translate data into actionable strategies Promote a data-driven mindset, integrating predictive analytics into planning and execution Revenue Management & Investment Optimization Support pricing and portfolio mix strategies to drive profitable growth Manage advertising spend in assigned categories, ensuring ROI and budget discipline Team Leadership & Collaboration Lead and develop a high-performing brand team, fostering agility and consumer-centricity Role-model Suntory Leadership Spirit (SLS) behaviors and PACED ways of working: Performance Driven, Agile, Consumer Centric, Empowered, and Disciplined What's in it for you What You need to be successful 15+ years of progressive experience in FMCG marketing Proven success in leading brand strategy, innovation, and integrated marketing campaigns.
