About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Bank & Leasing Manager to drive business growth through strategic partnerships with banks, leasing companies, auto finance companies, and other financial institutions. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key partner relationships, and developing partnership strategies that contribute to the Company's growth and success.

Everyday

Develop and manage strategic partnerships with banks, leasing companies, auto finance companies, and other financial institutions.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the Company's distribution channels and customer base.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within partner organizations.

Lead partnership negotiations and manage commercial agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Drive sales growth and business performance through partner channels.

Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Marketing, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, and Compliance to ensure successful partnership implementation.

Monitor partnership performance, analyze results, and recommend improvement initiatives.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends.

Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for management and partner discussions.

You will need to...

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Insurance, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in Partnership Management, Business Development, Bancassurance, Financial Institution Relationship Management, Insurance Sales, or related fields.

Experience working with banks, leasing companies, auto finance companies, financial institutions, or insurance distribution channels.

Strong understanding of non-life insurance products and financial services business.

Proven track record in partnership development, business growth, and commercial negotiations.

Excellent communication, presentation, relationship management, and negotiation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a commercial mindset.

Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken.

Existing networks within banks, leasing companies, auto finance companies, or financial institutions will be an advantage.
