This Position is open for Customer Service Supervisor to Assistant Manager 

Job Description

- Manage CS team to perform job responsibilities that will help the team achieve above-standard service levels. and shorten the waiting time for customer service
- Coach, Feedback and Monitor CS team member’s performance
Improve CS Team's job knowledge e.g. policy, system, procedure, digital tool that help support CS job more efficiency
- Persuasive conversation to offer other alternatives to customers (both sales channels and marketing campaigns), and turn information into sales opportunities. (Upsell/Crossell)
- Create brand language, to keep and represent the consistency of brand identity / corporate identity.
- Set standard procedure of the CS to support team and customer for the best of service
- Prepare report to identify customers needs, insight and voice of consumer including overall CS operations and make statistic report of service
- Collect frequently asked questions and problems. and summarize to be used as information to improve the quality of products and services
- Identify root causes and ways to improve. Both internal team and overall results to provide the best service.
- Keep up to date with lists of sales promotion activities in branch to provide accurate information to customers
- Can initiate CS project that drives excellency of customer service
- Proactive with all information that help support team to work smoothly
 

Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Service.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Supervisor / Management field.
  • Background in FMCG, Ecommerce, Cosmetics is prefered.
  • Customer Services, Problem solving skills & Product knowledge.
  • Service Mind, Proactive & Clear communication
  • Suggestion & Recommendation skills.
  • Good MS Office skills to support all analyses report. 
  • Good command of English.
