Job Description

[Job Summary]
- Ability to set departmental KPIs and continuously monitor improvements
- Lead initial lot production for new startups and coordinate targets with production teams
- Take initiative in solving problems related to new models and pre-production quality issues
- Support tasks assigned by supervisors or team leaders
- Follow up on production plans and ensure timely execution

Requirement

[Must]
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Business-level English communication skills
- At least 5 years of experience in PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly)
- At least 5 years of management experience and production management
- Adequate knowledge of electrical products
- Ability to understand electrical circuit diagrams
- Capability to analyze defects in electrical circuits
- Familiarity with 5Why and 8D analysis techniques
