Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead interior design direction & branding across all properties

• Manage and develop the interior design team

• Define and maintain design standards, material palette, and styling guidelines

• Review and approve design proposals, inspections, and appendices

• Coordinate with Operations, Onboarding, and Procurement teams

• Source, negotiate, and manage suppliers and contractors

• Control design budgets and ensure cost efficiency

• Ensure final room quality meets brand and guest experience standards

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in interior design

• Previous experience in a manager / lead role

• Strong branding, space planning, and cost-control skills

• Proven ability to manage people and projects

• Strong supplier network and negotiation skills
