- ออกแบบ วางแผน จัดทำ พร้อมลำดับความสำคัญในการทดสอบระบบในกรณีต่าง ๆ (Test Case)
- ดำเนินงานทดสอบ User Interface / User Experience ให้เป็นไปตามงานออกแบบที่กำหนด และ ฟังก์ชั่นต่างๆ ของโครงการที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- วิเคราะห์ความผิดพลาดของระบบพร้อมรายงานให้ทีมพัฒนาระบบได้ทดสอบระบบใน ขั้นตอน System Integration Test (SIT) และ User Acceptance Test (UAT) โดยพัฒนา และจัดทำแผนการทดสอบระบบ อ้างอิงจากเอกสาร Technical Specification
- วิเคราะห์พร้อมส่งมอบ Test Result ในการพัฒนาระบบพร้อมจัดลำดับความสำคัญ ในการดำเนินการ พัฒนาแก้ไขให้กับทีมงานทุกฝ่าย
- รายงาน Bug ที่เกิดในระบบผ่าน JIRA พร้อมติดตามให้ทีมงานทำเสร็จสิ้นและรายงานกลับไปที่หัวหน้า และฝ่ายประสานงาน
- ดำเนินงานร่วมกับทีม Developer และ Project Manager ในการวางแผนจัดตารางเวลาการดำเนินงาน การทดสอบในส่วนต่างๆของโครงการ
- จัดทำรายงานข้อผิดพลาดที่เกิดขึ้นเพื่อนำมาเป็นเครื่องมือในการติดตามการแก้ไขดังกล่าว
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการวิเคราะห์และทดสอบระบบทุกโครงการ
- บันทึกและจัดเก็บเอกสารเกี่ยวกับการทดสอบระบบ
- ประสบการณ์ อย่างน้อย 2 ปี ในงานทดสอบระบบ Website, Ecommerce, หรือ Application
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวกับ IT
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบในการควบคุมคุณภาพเว็บไซต์ที่ส่งมอบ
- เข้าใจการทำงานของเว็บได้อย่างรวดเร็ว
- เข้าใจการทดสอบโดยคิดจากมุมมองของผู้ใช้จริง
- หากมีความรู้หรือมีประสบการณ์ทดสอบเว็บไซต์อีคอมเมิร์ซจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
