We’ve helped everyone from boutique hotels to big chains, enabling travellers to book igloos, cabins, castles, holiday parks, campsites, pubs, resorts, Airbnbs, and everything in between.

And today, we’re the world’s leading open hotel commerce platform, supporting 50,000 hotels in 150+ countries - with over 130 million reservations processed by SiteMinder’s technology every year.

About the Customer Lifecycle Marketing Analyst role...

We are looking for a talented Analyst to be the primary data enabler for our Customer Marketing team, with a focus on data activation across our lifecycle campaigns.

In this role, you will own the data foundations that power our customer marketing—from enabling data connectivity between data warehouse and CRM tools, to delivering post‑campaign analysis and insights that inform what we do next. You’ll partner with the team to translate business questions into clear data requirements, ensure we can target and segment effectively through the funnel, and enable effective measurement and optimisation.

You’ll help guide customers to value quickly by identifying the behaviours that matter most in early activation, and increase customer lifetime value (LTV) by surfacing opportunities to drive adoption across our products and Smart Distribution Platform.

This role is ideal for an analyst who is passionate about customers and excited to deepen their analytical skills. You’ll work closely with our Customer teams, Product Marketing, Go‑to‑Market teams, Strategic Operations, and Data teams to turn data into impactful customer experiences and measurable business outcomes.

What you’ll do…

  • Customer Lifecycle Analytics
You will collaborate with Customer, Product, and Product Marketing teams to build a unified view of the customer experience across the lifecycle, using segmentation and cohort analysis to uncover insights. You’ll continuously learn from customer behaviour and feedback, feeding those learnings back into future campaigns and tactics so our programs stay relevant and impactful.

  • Campaign Performance, Reporting & Optimisation
You will consistently monitor, iterate, and report on lifecycle campaigns by reviewing multi-channel communication performance, engagement, product adoption, and attach data. Working cross‑functionally, you’ll help define reporting metrics, run post‑campaign (PCA) analysis, identify optimisation opportunities, and clearly define success metrics for every program so we can measure, compare, and improve over time.

  • Data Enablement & Audience Strategy
You will collaborate with Strategic Operations and data teams to design and refine audience pathways for customer communications and commercial programs, ensuring we can target, segment, and orchestrate journeys effectively across the funnel.

  • Thrives on the pace of a high growth tech environment and works at speed while delivering a high quality outcome.
  • Self-starter and multitasker; comfortable juggling and managing multiple projects and driving them to completion.
