Chef de Partie

atSiam at Siam Co., Ltd.
  • Managing and training any Demi Chef de Parties and Commis together with service team that working with you
  • Helping the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to develop new dishes and menus of the restaurant.
  • Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety.
  • Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
  • 3 years in COMMIS I. Experienced in Chef de Partie will be advantage.
  • Excellent use of various Grill methods, ingredients, equipment and processes.
  • Knowledgeable in Brazilian Grill will be advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Knowledge of best cooking practices.
  • Knowledgeable in food hygiene practice.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Able to engage with guest at the table.
  • Have passion in creative and fun.
  • Welcome for any nationalities and gender.
