Job Description:
- Design timeline and work plan for several workforce projects
- Conduct both quantitative and qualitative analysis and benchmark study to identify improvements
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather relevant inputs and feedback
- Execute and manage strategic projects in a timely manner
- Prepare reports or slides to update senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a relevant field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in consulting, business strategy, or project management roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Capability to communicate effectively in both Thai and English
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Excellent command of Excel and Powerpoint
- Ability to fit into fast-paced culture is a must
