atShopee (Thailand) Co., Ltd.The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
What You Will Get to Do:
- Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze complex operational datasets to pinpoint inefficiencies and identify high-impact opportunities for process improvement.
- Strategic Project Support: Contribute to the design and execution of productivity-driven projects, ensuring that operational enhancements are scalable and effective.
- Performance Visibility: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and executive dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive transparency across the organization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between Operations, Product, Business Intelligence (BI), and Support teams to ensure seamless integration of new initiatives.
- Process Standardization: Facilitate the creation and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manage the clear communication of process updates to all relevant stakeholders.
