atShopee (Thailand) Co., Ltd.The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
- Resource Planning to support SOCs and RCs operation: Manpower, Pallet, Consumables both BAU and Campaign
- Volume curve analysis to tighten manpower planning
- Coordinate with subcontractor company to inform/adjust number of MPW need.
- Actual MPW report and Productivity Analysis
- Cost control per budgeted
- Tracking and Monitoring Productivity and incentive scheme
- Lead Project according to company direction regarding resource management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operation management, logistic management is plus
- Experience in team management.
- Knowledge on Operational activity and limitation
- Essential cross-functional working skills with strong analytical thinking, initiative and results-driven.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
