RR Project Management Executive
atShopee (Thailand) Co., Ltd.The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
- Own E2E returns performance: set and deliver SLAs
- Drive process optimization, root‑cause analysis, and incident management for SLA breaches; implement corrective measures and continuous improvement
- Balance speed vs cost: model trade‑offs and recommend operational choices to optimize both customer experience and unit economics
- Partner with internal and external parties to ensure changes are safe and SLA-compliant
- Lead ad-hoc incident response affecting return experience and communicating status/mitigations to stakeholders and leadership
Requirements:
- 1 - 3 years in high-volume e‑commerce operations, preferably return operations
- Hands-on SLA ownership, process improvement and incident management
- Strong analytics: comfortable with metrics, dashboards and basic SQL
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
