Job Description:
- Develop insights, strategies, and improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, improve delivery speed, and maximize success rate across SPX supply chain.
- Identify and prioritize key improvement opportunities along the end-to-end (E2E) logistics process.
- Lead cross-functional projects involving network design, process enhancement, and performance monitoring to ensure initiatives are delivered within timeline and target.
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify root causes, trends, and improvement levers for delivery speed.
- Monitor and evaluate initiative outcomes, providing actionable insights and recommendations to management.
- Prepare and deliver reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate performance updates, initiative progress, and business impact effectively.
- Collaborate with regional teams and other business units to align strategies, share best practices, and support strategic projects that drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 1~3 years of experience working in project management, strategic planning, business development or data analysis in a high dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Extremely comfortable with manipulating, analyzing, and modeling a vast amount of data using advanced SQL skills, Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Data Studio.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills to drive initiatives from planning to execution.
- Strong communication skills in both Thai and English, with the ability to present insights clearly and persuasively
- A self-starter with a growth mindset and passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement.
