The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.


About the Team:
To acquire potential brand from Tiktok, Lazada and offline to Shopeemall

Job Description:
  • Lead the team to achieve the target (Official shop onboarding target)
  • Monitoring and finding issues during operations and exploring the solutions while the team is facing challenges.
  • Meeting with stakeholders via online and offline channels
  • Supporting and incubate sellers for basic operation to onboard official shop
  • To be a coordinator with cross department to solve operations daily issues (Legal, ICC, operations)
  • Initiate project across team or internally
  • Coordinate with closely related teams such as category team, Business partnership team, Marketing team and others to get the most proposals for seller acquiring.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in business or related fields
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Offline - Online business, Business Development would be plus
  • Logical thinking and strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and stakeholders and presenting both over the phone and in person
  • Knowledge in MS Office, Basic Excel, Pivot, vlookup, PPT
  • Good presentation, interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Fluency in English and Thai, both written and verbal (Chinese would be a plus)
  • Additional qualifications that would be beneficial for candidates: Prior experience in sales roles, knowledge of platform trends and e-Commerce.
  • Requires a specialty of connection plus communication and presentation skills.
