Hub Contract Support - Contract 6 Months (SPX Express)
atShopee (Thailand) Co., Ltd.The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of lease agreements
- Provide administrative support to Finance, Legal, Facility Management, and Operations teams
- Maintain and update the property database for accurate record-keeping
- Identify and assess potential business and legal risks before finalizing agreements, offering guidance for risk mitigation
- Manage contracts and landlord relationships to ensure business continuity and compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Law is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Good attitude and strong ownership in the projects
- Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
