Customer Excellence Project & Data Analyst (SPX Express)

- PMO changes regarding the channel enhancement e.g. volume allocation; CSAT implications and cost analyses
- PMO new channel capabilities implementation e.g. chatbot and ensure smooth change mgmt.
- Provides constructive and actionable data-driven or simplifies complex into more understandable insights report to various internal support groups as needed.
- Utilizes data / monitoring tools to compile and track quality performance in all aspects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience in Project management and /or process improvement is a huge plus
- Excellent communication skills as this role will require collaboration and alignment with multiple teams
- Self-driven and good leadership skills to facilitate cross functional interactions
- Strong analytical skills to conduct data-driven decisions
- Be creative in problem-solving
