About the Team:
Job Description:
- Work closely with the cluster management teams and seller management team to collect quality deals to feature on Flash Sales.
- Check, prioritize, and upload deals in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot execution issues with the platform’s Flash Sale team
- Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders including both seller management and cluster management teams to ensure promotional activities and mechanics.
- Analyze data, prepare presentation documents and reports to team lead
- Take responsibility for project initiatives related to campaigns, from planning to execution and monitoring.
- Monitor performance of new seller programs and act as a centralized team to control resources effectively.
- Other tasks assigned by the reporting manager
Requirements:
- Detail-oriented with a focus on achieving results
- Proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and adapt
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated accountability and proficiency in problem-solving
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English, facilitating seamless collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Comfortable with routine process work while also capable of troubleshooting exceptions
