The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

- This role is part of the Business Development (BD) program, focusing on launching new initiatives that align with Shopee’s long-term vision and growth strategy.
- The work is project-based, requiring individuals who are young, well-rounded, and eager to learn.

Job Description:
Strategic Partnerships: Act as the primary point of contact for key partners, both internal and external to support seller growth- Initiative & Campaign Management: Design, execute, and evaluate impactful projects and initiatives that deliver measurable business results.
- Performance Analysis: Use data and insights to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate ROI, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment with Shopee’s strategic direction
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Economic, Engineering or a related field (Fresh Graduate is welcome)
- A self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong communicator who can listen to partner needs and translate them into actionable plans.
- A team player who is excited to contribute to a collaborative and ambitious culture.
- Someone with a strong sense of ownership and a desire to make a tangible impact
