The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.


Job Description:
  • Drive the commercial performance and revenue of all Mall/Brand sellers under your responsibility.
  • Act as a strategic partner to key brands, educating them on Shopee features, promotional campaigns, and deep market insights to ensure their long-term success.
  • Interface with internal marketing and product teams to ensure new and existing brands get maximum visibility and seamless operations on the platform.
  • Gather boots-on-the-ground insights from your team to develop macro-level recommendations, internal campaign strategies, and process improvements.
  • Work across local teams to share knowledge, replicate best practices, and maintain high team morale during our biggest sale seasons.
  • (For Leads position) Supervise and mentor a team of BKAMs, KAMs and others, driving continuous growth in their productivity, motivation, and professional development.

Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, or Merchandising (experience in Fashion brands or E-commerce is a strong advantage).
  • Strategic & Analytical Skills: Strong logical thinking and data analysis capabilities with a result-oriented, self-driven mindset and a proven ability to solve complex problems.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Proficient in English with the ability to draft professional reports and present effectively to a broad set of stakeholders, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Leadership (For Lead positions): Proven people management skills with experience supervising a team, driving productivity, and fostering professional development.
  • Adaptability: Energetic and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while consistently achieving challenging KPIs.
  • Task Management: Strong organizational and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and interact with diverse business partners.
