About the Team:
Job Description:
AI
- Develop and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for internal knowledge retrieval and Q&A systems
- Implement intent classification and message filtering (e.g., distinguishing questions from greetings/acknowledgments in Thai language contexts)
- Work with vector databases for document embedding, indexing, and similarity search
- Fine-tune confidence scoring, self-correction heuristics, and response quality evaluation
- Integrate with LLM APIs (OpenAI-compatible, Anthropic) and internal model endpoints
Requirements:
Internal Tooling & Web Applications
- Build and maintain internal web applications using Next.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL
- Contribute to frontend performance optimization (React rendering, state management, caching strategies)
- Write and optimize SQL queries, database migrations, and RLS policies
Automation & Infrastructure
- Build and maintain workflow automation using n8n, including custom nodes and integrations
