About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist (Mass Recruitment) to join our Human Resources and Recruitment team at our head office located in Pathumwan, Bangkok. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in supporting our rapid expansion and maintaining our workforce across multiple security operations. As a Recruitment Specialist specialising in mass recruitment, you will be instrumental in building and scaling our security personnel teams to meet the growing demands of our clients. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your recruitment efforts directly contribute to the company's strategic growth and operational success.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute mass recruitment campaigns to attract large volumes of qualified security personnel candidates

• Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, referrals and direct outreach

• Screen, interview and assess candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications, certifications and security clearance standards

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting through to offer acceptance and onboarding

• Coordinate with hiring managers and operational teams to understand staffing requirements and workforce planning needs

• Maintain detailed recruitment records, track metrics and generate reports on recruitment activities, timelines and costs

• Conduct pre-employment background checks and verify candidate credentials including security certifications and licences

• Organise and conduct recruitment events, job fairs and campus interviews to build candidate pipelines

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment partners and employment agencies

• Ensure compliance with Thai labour laws and company recruitment policies throughout the hiring process

• Continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies to reduce time-to-hire and improve candidate quality

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field

• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in recruitment, preferably in mass recruitment, staffing or recruitment agency environments

• Proven track record of successfully recruiting and placing large numbers of candidates within tight timeframes

• Strong knowledge of Thai labour laws, employment regulations and security industry requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Thai and English languages

• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment management software

• Strong organisational and time management abilities to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously

• Experience in screening and assessing candidates for security or similar operational roles

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment targets and deadlines

• Experience with social media recruitment, job board postings and digital recruitment channels

• Knowledge of the security industry and understanding of security personnel requirements is preferred

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information
