Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Cloud Network & Service Integration Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in cloud networking across Azure, AWS, and GCP. The role is responsible for designing, operating, and governing multi-cloud network infrastructure, while also overseeing office network, endpoint management, and enterprise SaaS platforms across SCB TechX Group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage multi-cloud networking across Azure, AWS, and GCP — covering VNet/VPC, peering, ExpressRoute, VPN, Private Endpoints, DNS, NSG, UDR, and cloud-native firewalls; troubleshoot latency and connectivity issues

• Build and maintain reusable Infrastructure-as-Code templates (Terraform, ARM, Bicep); develop automation pipelines via Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions; create Landing Zones, Blueprints, and Policy Packages

• Manage cloud IAM, RBAC, and Azure PIM; align cloud services with security frameworks (CIS, SCBX policy); monitor and respond to non-compliant deployments in collaboration with the Security team

• Set up monitoring dashboards, alerting, and logging for network and cloud environments; participate in incident root cause analysis; optimize cloud network costs (NAT Gateway, inter-region transfer, cost, billing etc.)

• Monitor and oversee office network infrastructure including Wi-Fi, Access Points, LAN, and Internet redundancy; able to identify performance issues and coordinate with vendors for resolution

• Administer enterprise SaaS platforms including Jira, Confluence, GitLab, GitHub, GitHub Copilot, Azure Active Directory / Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Copilot Premium; ensure all services are integrated with Azure AD

• Define and govern endpoint management standards across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android via Microsoft Intune and Apple Business Manager — including enrollment methodology, configuration policy design, compliance framework, and device lifecycle governance

• Oversee network security controls including 802.1x, RADIUS, Guest Wi-Fi, and BYOD policies; able to identify issues, review vendor-delivered configurations, and escalate or direct remediation of network security incidents

• Evaluate and onboard third-party cloud platforms and SaaS services; provide technical consultation and architecture reviews to Dev, App, and Data teams; produce SOPs, runbooks, and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Hands-on experience with multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, and/or GCP) — including networking, IAM, and compute

• Solid understanding of network fundamentals: routing, switching, VLANs, firewall, 802.1x, DNS, DNS Private Resolve

• Experience with Microsoft Intune and MDM/endpoint management

• Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform preferred; ARM/Bicep acceptable) and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)

• Experience with Azure Active Directory / Entra ID and Microsoft 365 administration

• Knowledge of REST APIs and web application integration patterns

• Good English communication skills

• Cloud certification at any level is a plus (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
