Key Responsibilities

1. ERP Support & Business Continuity

• Support daily operations of SAP FI/CO and related Finance systems.
• Complete structured knowledge transfer and maintain functional documentation.
• Troubleshoot functional issues related to financial processes and month-end closing.
• Coordinate with Finance users, IT teams, and external vendors to resolve system issues.
• Support legacy ERP environments during the transition period.

2. SAP S/4HANA Transition

• Act as a key SAP FI/CO functional consultant for implementation activities.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Perform FI/CO configuration, functional testing, data validation, and issue resolution.
• Participate in implementation activities, including solution design, data migration, UAT, cutover, and post-go-live support.
• Coordinate with Finance users and implementation partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support Finance modules such as GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking, Cost Center, Profit Center, and Product Costing.

3. System Improvement & Automation

• Identify opportunities to improve Finance processes and system efficiency.
• Support integration between SAP S/4HANA and related business applications.
• Coordinate system enhancement, testing, and deployment activities.
• Participate in reporting, dashboard, workflow automation, and AI-related initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 4–6 years of experience in SAP FI/CO functional support or implementation.
• Good understanding of Finance and Accounting processes, including month-end closing.
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience in requirements gathering, functional testing, issue resolution, and user support.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Able to work effectively with Finance users, IT teams, and external implementation partners.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO configuration, functional testing, and issue resolution.
• Experience participating in at least one SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, or migration project.
• SAP S/4HANA implementation experience is preferred.
