Sales & Marketing Manager
atRWP Co., Ltd. (Ramayana Water Park)- To responsible to the Park Management for the implementation and delivery of the marketing strategy including online and offline.
- To ensure that all programs are monitored and tested for effectiveness and will maintain a tight control over the marketing budget.
- Create and maintain a desirable image within the market place.
- Create an ongoing series of visitation triggers within the market place.
- Plan and develop marketing strategies, program and promotions to effectively meet the needs and capture all the target markets identified.
- Plan sales organization structure, incl. Corporate and Educational sales functions
- Develop and implement effective and efficient promotional strategies.
- Identify target market groups and segments and source for new client accounts.
- Work closely with advertising agency for all advertising media and public relation matters.
- To seek sponsorship for supporting waterpark activities, concerts and entertainment in waterpark.
- Manage for graphic design for all material for Sales, Marketing and others.
- Manage and maintain company social media presence and digital medias.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Design agency / concierge remuneration scheme and contracts.
- Develop, lead and retain effective sales team.
- Ensure traffic flow through organized sales.
- Collaborate with other consumer attractions.
- Building business relationships with key government stakeholders, including Pattaya City, Tourism's Authority of Thailand, and Department of Tourism's.
- Thai national or Foreigner with long experience in Thailand.
- Fluent in English, spoken and written.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing or related filed.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a leading role at a sales department of Attraction Business (Preferably in Pattaya / Bangkok)
- Excellent understanding of and contacts to major tourist agents and hotel concierges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in leading teams.
- Creative and strategic thinking.
