Position:

Tax Consultant

Reporting to:

Tax Manager

Responsibilities:

Prepare corporate income tax calculations, annual corporate income tax returns (PND.50), mid-year corporate income tax returns (PND.51)

Experience in BOI business and deferred tax calculations and/or transfer pricing is an advantage

Prepare VAT return (PP.30), withholding tax returns (PND.3, 53)

Prepare withholding tax return (PND.54) and VAT remittance return (PP.36) for overseas payments

Provide tax advice to clients in a number of areas including corporate income tax, personal income tax, VAT, withholding tax and taxes applicable to international transactions

Perform tax due diligences, tax compliance (health check) reviews

Assist with clients in dealing with the Revenue Department, including tax audits

Provide advice to clients as regards applicability of double taxation agreements

Attend meetings with international clients and prepare taxation advisory reports

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any related degree

At least 3-year experiences in tax consulting

Good command of English both writing and speaking

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to draft concise reports in English
