Customer Experience Developer - Nightshift
atRobowealth Mutual Fund Brokerage Securities Co., Ltd.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide suggestion and technical support to clients via social media platforms and phone (Non face-to-face)
- Perform account opening and KYC/CDD activities to comply with related laws and regulations
- Co-ordinate with related parties to ensure every procedure is accurate, based mainly on interest of clients
- Be a part of team to develop new ideas of business and service
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree in any field
- Possess IC license (at least “IC Complex 2”)
- Experience in mutual fund industry will be an advantage
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Good communication skill, great service attitude, and calm
- Fast-learner and customer-centric
- Be passionate about personal finance and technology
ADDITIONAL NOTES
- Work hours: Monday – Friday 6.00 p.m. to 12.00 a.m.
