Responsibilities

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

• Gathering and performing requirements analysis.

• Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.

• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.

• Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.

• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of

  projects.

• Developing and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and

  presentations.

• Effectively communicate project expectations to project team members and

  stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

• Keeping clients and management informed of the status of the product.

• Performing requirements analysis and user acceptance testing.

• Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or a related field.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Excellent documentation skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong organization, prioritization and time management skills.

• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

• Experience with additional analytical/database software/language a plus (e.g., MS

  Access, SQL, ACL).

• Understanding of capital market, financial product (e.g., Stock, Mutual Fund).
