Technical Helpdesk Agents x 7

Contract (1 November 2019 to 31 December 2020)

Location: Bangkok

Working hour: 12 hours shift work (24x7); Duty Roster (Provide monthly shift schedule 2 weeks in advance)

Job Descriptions:

• Handle IT inquiries/incidents or problem via phone, email, web, chat and other means set by the respective account.
• Log, monitor and track in incident management system until completion.
• Proactively solve problems and provide timely resolution to ensure minimum impact to customer.
• Identify the most appropriate course of action for problem resolution and effectively communicate plans to those impacted.

Job Requirements:

• Thai speaker with Good knowledge in basic IT System
• Familar with Operating system:  Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, etc.
• Hands-on experience in Network, LAN, WAN
• Possess Microsoft Office experience
• Possess good English skill (IELTS = at least 5.5 or TOEIC = at least 600, or other equivalent standard)
• Have 2-years experience in IT Services
