About the Company

For this position, you will be working in the owner's office directly representing the owner at all of Rapos Group's hotels (3 in Bangkok & 1 in Pattaya). About the Position

In this position, you will be handling the following responsibilities:

• Attending all hotel meetings on behalf or with the owner/owner's team
• Coordinating with individual & cluster hotel management for any work assigned from the owner's office
• Analyzing P&L data provided from the hotel management as well as regularly providing insightful observations & recommendations
• Coordinating on any construction, renovation, repairment & technical projects in each hotel property
• Assisting the hotel management & owner's office in any important development in each hotel across all departments & interests, such as sales, marketing, finance, procurement & others

• This job requires a good level of spoken & written English & Thai
• This job requires someone with a strong background in hospitality or related field
• This job requires good business experience & understanding
• This job requires someone who is disciplined, detail-oriented, go-getter & good at project management
• This job requires someone who is a good listener, good negotiator & good mediator
