Job Descriptions:

• Coordinate with consultants and internal stakeholders to support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of data protection policies and procedures in compliance with PDPA requirements.

• Collaborate with consultants, business units, and process owners to facilitate Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), privacy reviews, and compliance audits.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to monitor data protection compliance activities across the RBH Group and support the preparation of compliance reports and recommendations.

• Act as a key coordination point between consultants, relevant departments, data protection authorities, and data subjects to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of data protection matters.

• Partner with consultants, HR, Legal, IT, and business teams to organize and deliver data protection awareness programs, training sessions, and communication initiatives.

• Coordinate with consultants and cross-functional teams in the investigation, reporting, and remediation of data breach incidents, ensuring actions are completed within regulatory timelines.

• Work closely with process owners and consultants to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of data processing activities across the organization.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate data protection requirements into business processes, systems, projects, and operational activities.

• Coordinate with business units and consultants to ensure privacy notices, consent management processes, and related documentation are properly maintained and periodically reviewed.

• Liaise with consultants and relevant stakeholders to stay informed of changes in data protection regulations, industry standards, and best practices, and support the assessment of their impact on the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in law, Information Security, Data Protection, or a related field.

• In-depth knowledge of PDPA and other relevant data protection regulations.

• Strong understanding of data protection principles and practices.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
