Job Purpose

(Senior) Analyst, Digital Project Management serves as a Digital Business Partner and Product Owner, acting as the primary interface between business units and digital functions to drive digital transformation and value realization. The position is responsible for identifying transformation opportunities, shaping digital initiatives, managing digital demand, and leading end-to-end delivery of digital solutions. The job holder collaborates with business stakeholders, digital teams, and external partners to ensure solutions align with business objectives, digital strategy, enterprise standards, and governance requirements while maximizing business value throughout the solution lifecycle.

Key Accountabilities

Perform as a Digital Business Partner and Product Owner for Digital Solutions:

  • Serve as the primary business partner and single point of contact between business units and digital functions, ensuring alignment of digital initiatives with business priorities and PTTEP's digital strategy.
  • Identify and shape digital transformation opportunities by analyzing business challenges, consulting stakeholders, and promoting end-to-end business process improvement rather than point-solution implementation.
  • Manage digital demand from ideation through prioritization by developing Statements of Requirement (SOR), business cases, investment proposals, and Digital Panel gate decision packages, and presenting business value, ROI, investment requirements, solution scope, and recommendations to support investment decisions.
  • Translate business needs and transformation objectives into clear business and functional requirements, ensuring delivery teams implement solutions that address the right business problems and intended outcomes.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams, solution specialists, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure effective planning, prioritization, and delivery of digital solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives, managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations to achieve target business outcomes.


Key Accountabilities (Cont.)

  • Act as Product Owner for assigned digital solutions, managing solution roadmap, backlog priorities, enhancements, operational performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor solution adoption, business benefits, investment performance, and value realization, recommending optimization, enhancement, consolidation, or retirement actions to maximize business value.
  • Oversee solution lifecycle management to ensure digital solutions remain sustainable, secure, compliant, and aligned with evolving business and enterprise requirements.
  • Support business units in adopting digital solutions by providing solution expertise, technical guidance, stakeholder coordination, and transition support to maximize solution utilization and value realization.
  • Promote project governance, portfolio visibility, delivery standards, and best practices to strengthen digital delivery excellence and organizational digital capabilities.

Professional Knowledge & Experiences

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields.
  • 5-10 years of experience in digital transformation, project management, product ownership, business analysis, solution delivery, or related disciplines.
  • Strong E&P business acumen with the ability to understand business processes, identify transformation opportunities, and translate business needs into digital solutions.
  • Experience in developing business cases, investment proposals, requirements documentation, and project governance materials.
  • Knowledge of project management, product management, digital technologies, solution lifecycle management, and value realization practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, vendors, and management.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
