Assistant officer, Purchasing Services
atPTT Exploration and Production PCL (PTTEP)
Key Accountabilities
- Develop Contracts as per requirement from Engineering and Construction Engineer in following areas:
- Contracting Strategy
- Contract type
- Scope of Goods, Services
- Commercial terms, pricing structure and estimated contract value
- Technical and Commercial bid evaluation
- Prepare Procurement Proposal Form (PPF) as per Company procurement process
- Prepare final contract
- Handover Contract to Contract Holder
- Be a focal point for ECM Department to prepare Annual Master Procurement Plan (AMPP) and Annual procurement plan (APP). Develop and monitor AMPP&APP implementation.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies, standards and procurement/contracting process
- Assist and advise Project engineer users regarding contractual issues.
- Interface with Corporate Procurement and Legal Function on matters related to contractual issues, ongoing and planned contracts.
- Monitoring the spent contract value monthly and contract expired date to remind user for new contract preparation
Professional Knowledge & Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in science, administration, or any related fields
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in related function in Oil and Gas industry, refinery, petrochemical or Construction
- Knowledge of international codes and standards on the oil filed related operation
- Good computer skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English (TOEIC >550)
- Good communication skills to liaise with other disciplines’ specialists
Additional Desirable Qualification
Knowledge of SAP mater data and transaction data, including project module objects – work break down structures, project networks, as well as integration with other modules
