Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement content marketing strategies that align with the overall marketing and business objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of content creators, including writers, editors, and designers, ensuring high-quality content production.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target audience personas, key trends, and competitive insights.
- Create and manage a marketing calendar, outlining content themes, topics, and distribution channels to maximize reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including performance marketing, sales, supply and SEO, to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice.
- Write and edit compelling and informative content for various channels, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, emails, social media, and website copy.
- Optimize content for SEO, ensuring proper keyword usage, meta tags, and other relevant strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with external agencies, influencers, and partners to amplify content reach and build mutually beneficial relationships.
- Manage the content marketing budget, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective content production and distribution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in order to implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Mentor and train junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism or related fields
- At least 3 years in content marketing, preferably in real estate or market places
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of content creators.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, content distribution channels, and emerging content formats.
- Ability to create compelling and persuasive content
- Energetic, detail-oriented, and result-oriented self-starter
