Job Responsibility
- Communicate with clients or business development team to get a clear view on hiring needs and organizational goals
- Researching, approaching, and mapping out markets professionally to identify suitable candidates.
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
- Create a candidate persona for each open position and present to customer
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports
- Support candidate to prepare for interview
- Follow-up references and check credits
- Present shortlisted candidates with detailed candidate profile summaries
Qualification (Skill & Experience)
- Open for new graduated
- Logical thinking, problem solver and analytical skill
- Well responsibility and able to work independent
- Well communication skill
- Experience in consulting or recruiting is high advantage
- Good command of English
