Job summary

A career in Procurement, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to purchase goods and services, delivering the highest quality of service to our internal clients so that our people can work more efficiently.
Job highlights
  • Handle indirect procurement and all requisitions to support the firm's internal and external activities (e.g. IT products, premium gifts, printing, F&B, event supplies, office supplies and equipment)
  • Source new vendors and maintain the vendor list
  • Manage requests for quotations and coordinate with the relevant users/business owners
Role and responsibilities
  • Registering and managing vendors. Supporting user requisitions from time to time.
  • Sourcing and comparing vendors, negotiating to meet the requirements and budget.
  • Coordinating among cross-functional teams and vendors about specifications, price, conditions, production proof, and lead time.
  • Handling purchase orders and other documents related to procurement.
  • Managing all service level agreements in place and master agreements between the firm and suppliers.
  • Ensuring that all vendors understand and comply with the Third-Party Code of Conduct and Procurement Policy, which is a fundamental requirement for working with the firm.
  • Evaluating vendor performance.
  • Dealing with and handling special assignments from Procurement Manager.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience working in procurement.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheet and ERP.
  • Good understanding of market players with the ability to source and propose cost-savings through change of suppliers.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Time management skills, able to manage and complete multiple tasks on time.
  • Good attitude, responsible and well organised with good attention to detail.
  • Able to communicate in written and spoken English.
