Responsibilities
- การสรรหาและว่าจ้าง (Recruitment & Hiring)
- วิเคราะห์ความต้องการฝึกอบรมของพนักงานในแต่ละแผนก
- การจัดทำค่าจ้างและเงินเดือน (Payroll & Compensation)
- แรงงานสัมพันธ์ (Employee Relations)
- การสวัสดิการพนักงาน (Employee Welfare & Benefits)
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Requirements
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจกฎหมายแรงงาน ประกันสังคม สรรพากร และกฎหมายอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีวิศัยทัศน์และความคิดสร้างสรรค์ในการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรมนุษย์และงานธุรการ
- มีทักษะความเป็นผู้นำ
- กล้าแสดงความคิดเห็นและตัดสินใจ มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่มีประสิทธิภาพ
- มีความชำนาญในการใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office และเครื่องมือ Analyst ข้อมูล
- ปริญญาตรี/ปริญญาโท บริหารธุรกิจ สาขาวิชาบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรมนุษย์หรือสาขาการจัดการทั่วไป หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
