Customer Experience Specialist

Photobook Worldwide is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist that will provide an awesome experience to our customers.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support customer requests, enquiries & complaints in a friendly and polite manner on multiple channels including but not limited to LINE, Facebook, Shopee, Lazada

  • Use the current tools or work with relevant departments to help effectively diagnose and solve the issue

  • Efficiently work with relevant departments to solve the issue in a timely manner

  • Respond to customer chats during off-hours with a reasonable response time

  • Write process explanations that are descriptive and easy to understand

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service

  • Good communication skills for handling different kinds of customers

  • Able to respond to customer chats during off-hours

  • Very fluent in Thai

  • Able to converse in English

  • Patient in handling different types of customers
