Executive Marketing & Communication manager

- Build up and maintain homepage and social media
- Initiate and develop marketing activities for the company
- Build up and maintain our CSR policies and communication together with. Secure we are in compliance with our policies and data are collected and registered in the correct way.
- Build up a database of applicants, complete exit interview and present resume for the management.
- Expert in developing the brand and promote the brand in promotions/programs, events, in-store display, online and website elements
- Responsible for communication both internally and externally on all levels in English and Thai
- Develop and maintain company policies in cooperation with several stakeholders ex. for costumer, supplier & employee contracts.
- Maintain good relationship with internal and external parties.
- Oversee and control the company's marketing budget
- Coordinate with various internal & external functions and departments to serve customer's requests.
- Internal event organizer and external exhibition/fair execution and marketing
- Support the management in various Thai related issues
- Age between 28-45 years old
- Bachelor / Master Degree in Marketing or relate filed
- 3 years and above in Marketing and communication, Sales promotion, Marketing campaign & Event and others related in fashion retail, brand name or leading fashion company.
- Proven experience in Retail / Department Store settings would be advantage.
- Good communication in English in writing and speech
- Able to work independent
