- มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน 10 ปี ขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดทำรายงานการศึกษาด้าน ผลกระทบสิ่งแวดล้อม (EIA)
- มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดกิจกรรม และเขียนรายงานด้านการมีส่วนร่วมหรือการรับฟังความคิดเห็นของประชาชน
- สามารถสื่อสารด้านภาษาอังกฤษ ได้ในเกณฑ์ดี
- สามารถเดินทางไปทำงานต่างจังหวัดได้
