Job Description

The Position

The Learning & Development (L&D) Manager is responsible for building strong commercial capabilities to drive business excellence. This role works closely with the Cluster L&D Lead to design, implement, and sustain impactful learning initiatives across AP markets, ensuring alignment with business priorities and market needs.

Responsibilities

Design, deliver, and evaluate learning programs that strengthen functional capabilities and address performance gaps, in line with commercial strategy.

Develop and implement L&D initiatives to enhance sales and marketing effectiveness.

Deliver onboarding programs for new joiners, ensuring a strong and consistent start to their journey.

Develop structured learning pathways for employees transitioning into new roles to accelerate readiness and performance.

Plan, coordinate, and manage training activities and services for commercial teams.

Partner with individuals to identify strengths, development areas, and career growth opportunities through coaching and guidance.

Act as a trusted performance consultant and strategic partner to Business Units.

Lead and facilitate behavioral and cultural change initiatives to support commercial excellence.

Collaborate on cross-functional projects and change management efforts as needed.

Operate effectively across multiple markets, adapting to diverse business environments and cultural contexts.

Required Education, Experience and Skills

Managerial experience is preferred.

Strong facilitation, communication, presentation, and project management skills.

Demonstrated ability to build talent, focus on customer needs, drive results, and foster collaboration.

Strong interpersonal and analytical thinking skills.

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required; additional language skills are an advantage.

Familiarity with a variety of training methods, including mentoring, coaching, classroom and on-the-job training, e-learning, workshops, and simulations.
