- Consistently deliver a high quality culinary product.
Qualifications:
- Certificate in Culinary Arts Hospitality or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an Italian or European cuisine kitchen.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Willingness to learn Italian cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and food safety standards (Food Safety/HACCP).
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Responsible hardworking patient and eager to learn.
- Willingness to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.
