Qualifications:

• Certificate or diploma in Culinary Arts Hospitality or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in an Italian or European cuisine kitchen.
• Basic knowledge of Italian or European cooking techniques and ingredients.
• Knowledge of preparing pasta pizza risotto and basic sauces.
• Understanding of food hygiene and food safety standards (Food Safety/HACCP).
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Responsible punctual and willing to learn new skills.
• Willingness to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.
