• สามารถ เขียน caption ภาษาไทย ให้ดู professional / มี taste (Eng basic ได้จะดี)
• มี ความคิดวิเคราะห์ (thinking) ไม่ใช่แค่ทำตาม brief
• มี ความเร็วในการทำงาน + energy สูง พร้อมเรียนรู้
• สาย Interior / Architecture / Communication Arts / Marketing
• ใช้เครื่องมือพื้นฐานได้ เช่น Canva / CapCut / Adobe
• ถ่ายภาพ / video ได้ดีระดับ basic (composition ดี)
• เข้าใจ concept ของ branding & positioning
• มีผลงาน เช่น IG page / TikTok / portfolio / content ที่เคยทำ
• ดูแลและพัฒนา content บน Social Media (IG / TikTok)
• ช่วยคิด content strategy ให้สอดคล้องกับ brand (premium / curated living)
• ออกแบบ mood & tone ของ post ให้เหมาะกับกลุ่มลูกค้าบ้านระดับ 7-15 ล้านบาท
• ตัดต่อวิดีโอ / ทำ artwork เบื้องต้น
• ช่วยพัฒนา campaign เช่น workshop / lead generation
