Senior Marketing Executive
atNYE Estate Co., Ltd.- Developing and implementing creative marketing strategies both tactical and long-term plan that will make an impact, support the brand and drive sales.
- Generation of new ideas and initiatives for product development and marketing campaign
- Managing the marketing budget.
- Producing innovative and cost-effective promotions.
- Production of a wide range of high quality marketing collateral
- Regular reporting on the result of the marketing initiatives undertaken
- Monitoring of the markets– alerting senior management of upcoming changes and/or trends and making recommendations on how marketing activity can be adapted to maximise new opportunities
- Manage internal and external resources to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and to agreed budget
