Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that operations processes are complied with to ensure smooth running of operations
  • Control and provide technical support to ground staffs
  • Closely monitoring operational performance through simple metrics with internal stakeholders
  • Generate operational performance reports on a daily basis
  • Provide sustainable solutions for internal stakeholders to solve all issues in a timely basis
  • Provide the improvement for all operations processes
  • Support in the training & development part for Riders, Drivers and Supervisors
  • Ensure that we stay as a reputable and attractive employee for drivers in logistics industry in Thailand
  • Monitor and ensure that administrative processes are complied with from all stakeholders
  • Take the initiative to ensure that all responsible workflow are of the excellent quality
  • Provide the improvement for all people operations processes
  • Other ad-hoc matters required by the team 

Qualifications:

  • 0-1 years of experience, fresh graduates are also welcomed
  • Independent learner, hardworking, confident self-starter and "can-do" attitude
  • Extremely proactive, responsible, organized and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and high adaptability to new technology and ideas
  • Ability to handle multiple complex projects with "result-oriented"
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as a team
  • Good command in English
  • Prior experience with Microsoft's Excel or Google's Sheets will be a big advantage
