A DAY IN THE LIFE...

  • Drive acquisition, loyalty and sales of boutiques whilst delivering a best in class consumer experience.
  • Support Boutique Managers to develop an area and omni-channel focus though the development of (omni-channel) actions plans, based on data and insights.
  • Build the appropriate sales structure and mange the sales force accordingly
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in new and existing boutique area's
  • Provide insight and recommendations to drive and additional traffic and sales, manage channel related trade and boutique projects, deliver back-office support (alignment of internal communications) and business excellence support (processes and tools)

ARE YOU A FIT?

  • At least 8 years of store management in manager level
  • Direct experience working with high end/mass luxury/premium consumer electronics or FMCG
  • Good command in English (working closely with regional and global team)
  • Experience in direct customer sales of premium products and services.
  • Proven track record of developing sales and strong customer relationships.
