A DAY IN THE LIFE...
- Develop the new formula, cosmetic, specification, etc. according to the project objective described in brief & deliver as per project timeline.
- Study the possible production of new/improvement projects & ensure that materials and products are used and manufactured in compliance with the local food regulations and Nestle guidelines and specifications.
- Re-formulate the new product & improve existing products based on local raw materials and create new formula upon Marketing's request in line with FDA regulations.
- Set up the new technical specification, testing procedure for the new products/packaging, and ensure that the current specifications/procedures is up to date.
- Source raw materials with the Procurement Department & ensure that the price is up to date along with designing trials for formulation and prepare cost estimation for Marketing's decision-making.
- Design pilot trials for parameter and sensory agreement and for market consumer tests. Prepare prototypes for testing & ensure that the reference samples are approved by concerned departments.
- Work closely with Production to solve any production problem occurred.
- Prepare technical documents to I&R for FDA & Halal registration.
ARE YOU A FIT?
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing for food business.
- Strong Project Management skills & work well with people from different backgrounds.
- Knowledge in factory safety rules, compliance, recipe labeling, raw & packaging material, HACCP, food safety etc.
- Good communication & problem-solving skills.
- Able to communicate in English & Thai.
