About the role

We are looking for SEO Specialists to support and drive organic search performance for client projects. This role covers both strategic planning and hands-on execution across Technical SEO, On/Off-Page SEO, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to stay updated with evolving search trends, including AI-driven search experiences.

Key responsibilities

Plan, execute, and take full ownership of end-to-end SEO strategies tailored to each client's unique needs

• Design and plan highly logical, SEO-friendly website structures from scratch, ensuring optimal crawling, indexing, and user experience

• Diagnose website performance with a highly logical mindset: know exactly why a site's ranking dropped and what precise steps are needed to fix it

• Conduct comprehensive On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO audits

• Apply AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies

• Collaborate closely with the core team to design, test, and deploy various AI Agents that streamline SEO tasks

• Help build and refine the infrastructure of an AI SEO Company from the ground up

• Continuously seek out new AI tools, APIs, and frameworks to integrate into daily operations

• Act as a true Project Owner with a visionary mindset, always looking for ways to push the boundaries of what SEO can achieve
