E-Commerce Administrator (3-month contract)

Qualifications:

  • BA/ BS degree or other equivalent.
  • 3-5 years in E-Commerce business. Experience with Magento platform ideal.
  • Experience as online merchant on direct-selling platform.
  • Experience working with third-party web shops and marketplaces to drive sales.
  • Customer service experience and the ability to deal with difficult customers is essential.
  • Team player with a sense of team spirit.
  • Ability to build external and internal relationships and partnerships.
  • Exhibit professionalism.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize with patience.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver to deadlines.
  • Take responsibility for solving problems.

  • Knowledge of E-commerce is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage promotion deal and price offer, In-shop flash sale.
  • Manage visibility and communication: Change banner / SKU photo.
  • Manage product and assortment: Activate products on the E-shops and make sure that they are displayed correctly.
  • Manage inventory: Update stock of each SKU to ensure the E-shops are adequately stocked and this is reflected in the system.
  • In-platform communication: Re-configure the shop homepages, translate and update shop content and manage shop categories using the content management systems for Shopee, Lazada and Line shop.
  • Manage and prepare all E-commerce related document to comply with local SOP such as Promotional and Activity Form, Proof of Voucher Redemption, Screenshot of Bioderma’ s communication as requested by partners, etc.
  • Liaise with related parties to smoothen program / campaign execution such as venue booking, KOL contact, display product preparation, coordination with production team & MC.
  • Deal promptly and professionally with customer email and telephone enquiries.
  • Guide and advise potential customers with the aim of converting to purchase.
  • Monitor Naos E-shops for issues which might deter customers from buying to suggest then implement ways of combating these issues.
  • Produce templates that streamline processes and keep these updated.
  • Contribute to the work of the team as required, including user acceptance testing (UAT), date entry and checking problem solving, producing reports and presentations, etc.
